Today is the day. The day when, on waking up, I realise that things are moving really fast. There is a mixture of excitement, of what have I done, will this thing fly?
A deep breath and I move forward. Things that seemed impossible yesterday evening do have an answer. This is a team effort. We can deliver. We know this.
Suppliers are ready to deliver, recipes are costed and tested. The ‘crew’ will descend on the premises tomorrow to start the ‘make-over’. Organising and fitting out the kitchen comes next.
All this to be ready for ‘open doors’ on 4th November.
Talk about if you can’t stand the heat. I now have the keys to the kitchen. The ingredients and the skills.

Then join us this Sunday for one of our amazing Sunday Roasts. Places are limited, sell out very quickly and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We offer a choice of vegan, vegetarian or one of two meat options. Together with seasonal vegetables and other selections this is a treat not to be missed.
